Yes, I know.  I totally swore off this three years ago when I almost killed physics on a nano high!  I ignored the forums!  I went stone cold sober for, uhm, well, three years.  Ish.  Most of three years, anyway.  Sort of three years.  Three years with - look, the point is, I was sober!
